distinct listening ports.
- initdb -m Feature: Flexibility to choose between postgres mode or
oracle mode for tailored database management.
- Oracle-Compatible Commands: Integration of Oracle Merge, Q escaping,
and other similar functionalities.
- Enhanced PL/SQL Support: Introduction of features like anonymous
blocks to bolster compatibility.
