Dear Yasir and Cedric, I regret to inform you that we were unable to obtain the verification letter despite our best efforts. After multiple attempts and exploring various approaches with the relevant office, our requests for the verification letter have been declined. Unfortunately, visa requirements for Pakistani nationals have remained strictly regulated since 2020, which has impacted our ability to secure the necessary documentation. The provincial Foreign Affairs Office requires several prerequisites before they can issue a verification letter, including documentation of trade records between the two companies, a guarantee certificate from the company’s legal representative with a 6-year guarantee period, and various other complex requirements.
We made significant efforts to expedite this process - we approached multiple senior leaders for assistance and made several trips to the provincial Foreign Affairs Office to try to resolve the matter. Despite these repeated efforts and high-level involvement, the extensive requirements and bureaucratic processes caused unavoidable delays in producing the document.
Let’s see if there will any updates today after the meeting with my colleagues.

sorry to insist but there are also some bank holidays in Pakistan and getting the letter by tomorrow morning in Pakistan will allow Yasir to submit for a VISA, else it'll post-pone by nearly a week and risk are high to miss the deadline for VISA.
Can you provide the letter in such short delay ?

I went to the visa center yesterday. They did not accept my application. They said that since this is my first visit to China, I need two letters. One is the "Invitation Letter". The other is the "Verification Letter of Invitation".
