Hi Ivan, I'm sorry to hear about this issue. That's quite an unusual explanation from the embassy. The company name on the invitation letter is identical to what appears on our business license, which we sent to you. Our official company name is: 瀚高基础软件股份有限公司, and this is exactly how it's printed on the invitation letter. I'll have my colleague double-check our documentation again. Hi Grant, My visa agent has managed to fix it and get them to approve the application, but unfortunately, it appears that the embassy needs at least three more days to physically stick the visa into the passport.
