As we gear up for the conference, we kindly ask that you submit your presentation slides by June 23 Beijing time.

The slides are attached. I developed the slide deck using LibreOffice. Whether the Powerpoint version works, I cannot check. Will I be using my own laptop for presentation or will this be run on one of your systems? If the latter, will I still see my notes on the presenter screen?

We will have a live translator providing real-time translation as you present your talk. This will not affect how you present — you can speak naturally and at your own pace. Having your slides ahead of time will help the translator prepare terminology and context in advance.

I tried putting full sentences into my notes as much as possible hoping this will help the translators to prepare. While I will not always use the exact sentence duting the presentation, it should give them a good idea what I want to say in advance.
