This time corresponded during a time when there was a massive effort at building a grand interconnected, highly globalized world. Now, geopolitics is shifting and efforts are made at de-risking and de-globalization. The current trends of de-risking and de-globalization pose both risks and opportunities for projects like PostgreSQL.
