From what I can see, this event is organized by a company Highgo.

We have a pretty clear policy about our community license, and events organized by companies cannot use it. With this license, we want to support community activities organized by volunteers and user groups. When a company does such activity, they're doing it for their own promotion (directly or indirectly), and ultimately for profit. Sorry. We had to draw a line somewhere - we have to pay bills and make a living. I hope you understand.
