Apologies for not using the suggested template for the entire presentation, because we believe that a dark background is not very good for accessibility when presented using a projector.

Besides that, I have a question about travel and accommodation.

It is less than two day before our journey starts, however we still didn't get information about hotel and high speed train tickets.
