We are speakers at the HOW2026 conference in Jinan, our topic is on Tuesday Morning. 

Want to double check two things. 

1. If we arrive late on Monday, probably miss the register, is there a way we can get our badges and register?

2. I see there are English Special Session. For 30 minutes talk, can we speak Chinese during the session?
