I have already reserved a speaking slot specifically for you, so please take your time to prepare and submit your talk proposal when convenient. You may also consider submitting multiple proposals so our team can have options to select from. I will be in China from June 22 to July 10, and I'd love to coordinate our schedules. Here's a preliminary itinerary we're considering: - June 27-28: Main conference in Jinan - June 29: City tour of Jinan - June 30: Meeting at Highgo office - Additional time: Business meetings with the Highgo team to discuss potential future collaborations *Please note *that you *don't need to book the high-speed train* from Beijing to Jinan - we will handle that for you. We will also take care of hotel arrangements in Jinan, so *no need to book accommodations* on your end. Just let us know if the schedule works for you. Please share your travel schedule and availability so we can finalize the detailed arrangements. We can discuss the specific agenda and logistics in the coming weeks.
